Everyone knows that gamescom takes place in August. But the ASUS Sales & Media Lounge also takes place in August. Every year the Taiwanese giant hosts an industry gathering away from the trade show and showcases its latest products.
Following a series of increasingly large events at Cologne’s Dock2 and the Harbour Club, guests have been invited to Cologne’s E-Werk in recent years to listen to the opening press conference together, meet old acquaintances and friends, do business and of course celebrate!
Following a lavishly staged on-site press conference, for which we handled the livestreaming, we, as technical experts, are also responsible for the entire product exhibition, which consists of several hundred exhibits and will be officially opened after the press conference for journalists and influencers from around the world.
Thanks to our efforts in the run-up to the event and our continuous on-site support we ensured that the three-day event ran smoothly and were also responsible for video and photo production, shuttle services, personnel management and of course Event-IT.
