With millions of active players Final Fantasy XIV Online is one of the world’s largest MMORPGs. Publisher Square Enix organizes unique events for this massive community to showcase new expansions. As the lead agency we have been involved since 2016 and handle the major events for Europe.
Following festivals at the Festhalle in Frankfurt on 1 January 2017 and the Grande Hall de la Vilette in Paris on 1 January 2021, the event moved to London’s ExCel on 1 January 2023, where an immersive world was created across more than 16,000 square meters to showcase the latest expansion in the series and offer 6,500 guests an unforgettable weekend.
As the lead agency for this event series we handle everything required for a festival of this kind and coordinate partners, suppliers and venue services across various trades and throughout Europe, working closely with and on behalf of Square Enix Ltd. in London.
