In the summer of 2024 as an Event-IT specialist we were entrusted with handling all Event-IT-related matters at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds, both during the planning phase and throughout the execution of the conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine.
We took full responsibility for the Internet and intranet infrastructure, comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage and large-format printers. In addition we provided staff and customized solutions for multiple video control rooms at the event and supported the broadcasters and livestream control rooms in the professional production and transmission of the conference to audiences around the world.
We also set up the press center – which featured several hundred prepared workstations in a separate exhibition hall – and managed it throughout the entire event.
